Cancellation Policy

By participating in pickleball activities organized by Wing-It Pte Ltd ("the Company"), you ("the Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your involvement in any pickleball activities, events, and programs sponsored, hosted, or facilitated by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet the necessary health and fitness requirements, or whose conduct may disrupt activities. Pickleball involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, sprains, fractures, or other injuries that may occur. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. The Company takes precautions to minimize these risks but cannot eliminate them entirely. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in the activities. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or death. You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prohibit you from safely participating in pickleball activities. You agree to inform the Company immediately if you experience any medical condition that may affect your participation. You are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before participating. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. The Company reserves the right to remove any individual from the activity for behavior that is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Participants must follow all posted guidelines, instructions, and safety protocols when using the facilities or equipment provided by the Company. You are responsible for any damage to equipment that results from your misuse. By participating, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and/or voice in any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event, without compensation or further approval, for promotional purposes by the Company. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
